Assistance for Illinois Tornado Victims

Andrew Ryback Photography, the Horsemen's Council of Illinois and USHJA Foundation Can Provide Help

Chicago, IL - November 19, 2013 - Many friends and family members of Chicago area residents suffered tragic losses from the storms and tornadoes this last Sunday. Several local organizations have offered to give assistance to those who are in need of aid.

Andrew Ryback Photography is one organization offering assistance. All photo sales from the banquets (NIHJA and IHJA) this weekend will go toward the relief efforts in Washington, IL. All photos taken at the banquets will be available for purchase on the website www.andrewryback.com.   No orders will be taken at the banquet.

"My best friend Beth and her family and friends suffered severe damage to their homes on Sunday," said Ryback.  "They're currently piecing things back together and helping everyone else out as well (rescuing animals, boarding up homes that still have walls, etc.) She's sent me videos and photos and the devastation is just astounding. There is a whole swath of homes that are just gone…"

Be sure to get plenty of those award photos taken this weekend by Andrew Ryback Photography and a few fun ones as well. Get the whole barn in on the fun.  Great photos and a great cause - a win-win!

The Horsemen's Council of Illinois (HCI) has also offered to help horse owners in need of assistance. HCI will act as a clearinghouse to put victims in contact with the proper organizations.

For disaster assistance, contact the HCI office on weekdays at 217-529-6503.
