Chicago Equestrian Welcomes New Client Old Seoul Equestrian LLC

West Bend, WI - May 7, 2013 - Chicago Equestrian.com welcomes new client, Old Seoul Equestrian, LLC, to our client list.  Old Seoul Equestrian, LLC was formed by Courtney Hayden-Fromm, West Bend, WI, with the support and input of local Wisconsin Professionals as an avenue to offer further learning experiences in a competitive environment for equestrians who reside in the Midwest.  Hayden-Fromm saw a need for giving back to the industry and wanted an opportunity to create learning experiences for grass roots riders.

“There isn’t an organization in this area that provides educational opportunities for riders at the local level,” said Hayden-Fromm.  “I thought it was important to have those opportunities and just decided to do it!”

The first event is The Wisconsin Equine Derby Weekend, August 16-18, 2013 at the Washington County Fairgrounds in West Bend, WI.  The unique weekend features a clinic day on Friday, August 16th, with jumper trainer Nancy Whitehead, Woodstock, IL, and Hunter Derby rider/trainer, Brenda Mueller, Woodstock, IL.

“The clinic day gives riders an opportunity to learn how to ride in a hunter or jumper derby,” said Hayden-Fromm.  “Then they get to apply their learning experience in actual competition the next two days.”

Friday finishes off with a pizza party and a 5 Bar Jumper Class.  Saturday, August 17th features a series of Hunter Derby Classes ranging from 2’3” in height to 3’6”.  Topping off Saturday evening is the Wisconsin Equine Clinic Mini Prix and exhibitors party.

Sunday is Jumper Derby Day with a series of jumper derbies ranging from 2’3” to 3’6” with a Champagne breakfast.

Old Seoul Equestrian, LLC has seen a generous support from the community.  Sponsors include, Wisconsin Equine Clinic, Hall’s Saddlery, Stonewall Ponies, LeCheval Tack Shop, Rising Star Stables, Split Rail Stables, North Haven Farm, Barbara Biever, Seoul Creek Farm, Chicago Equestrian, Bannister Creative, River Knoll Services, Walsh Harness and Saddlery, Andrew Ryback Photography, Cedar Creek Farm and Sinister Dog.

Future events are in the planning stages, including an Equitation weekend with a clinic and a competition.  Hayden-Fromm also owns and runs Seoul Creek Farm in West Bend with her husband Doug Fromm.  They have a one-year old son, Carter.
