Silent Auction for Breeding to Any Given Sunday
Ocala, FL – March 25, 2016 – Holloway’s Equi-Venture Farm along with MTM Farm and John Jamieson’s International Sale Horses will present The Sale Horse Showcase, Barn Tour and BBQ this Saturday, March 26th at their Ocala location, Barn 20 at HITS Post Time Farm. They have loaded the evening with fun events for guests, who will be treated to a BBQ dinner and drinks from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm as they tour Equi-Venture Farm, one of the new Ocala Barns available for lease through HITS, and take in the Sale Horse Showcase. Gracious sponsors have donated product for raffles and giveaways.
The highlight item a lucky guest will walk away with is a silent auction item featuring a breeding to Any Given Sunday, a horse well known in any ring. He was Hunter Holloway’s mount when she earned the Reserve Championship in the USEF/Pessoa Medal Finals in 2015 and won the Ronnie Mutch Equitation Championship at Devon. In 2014, the pair earned the Reserve Championship in the 2014 ASPCA Maclay Medal Finals and the Reserve Championship in the Washington Equitation Finals.
The evening will feature a silent auction for a breeding to Any Given Sunday.
In addition, Any Given Sunday has doubled as a junior hunter and a derby horse, earning numerous championships and derby ribbons as a hunter. If that weren’t enough, the horse has also won in the Grand Prix ring, earning the title of the highest money earner for a week in the Grand Prixs in Wellington in 2013, he finished second in the $55,000 World Cup Qualifier at International Omaha in 2015 and won the St. Louis Charity Grand Prix in 2014, just to name a few.
The Sale Horse Showcase is an opportunity to bring buyers and sellers together in a relaxed environment and build relationships for future transactions. Horses for sale by various professionals will be shown from 4:30- pm – 7: 30 pm and include hunters, jumpers, equitation horses and young prospects.
Guests can also tour Holloway’s Equi-Venture Farm to see first hand what the new HITS custom barns are like. Exhibitors and trainers may build a personal barn that feels like home right on HITS property. Barns can be set up in any fashion, customized to the needs of a client or business. HITS Custom Barn clients may also extend their stay past the show season if they so desire. No matter the extent of one’s stay, private barns provide an opportunity for clients to feel as at-home as possible while traveling.
Stop in and enjoy the evening. Equi-Venture Farm is barn 20 on the HITS showgrounds and can be accessed off of hwy 326. Dinner is served from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, bar is open from 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm, horses shown from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm, rain or shine.
